Our Impact 2018-19

So far we have reached more 1, 34,344 families, 1,84,811 women and 116,108 men through various projects to keep them safe and happy in this year.

Child Care: 950 were rescued (from abuse/exploitation/child marriage/trafficking/child labor/substance abuse) under Darshna Child Line program and 5,61,85 children benefitted through on-going projects.

Child screening of more than 15000 children through digitally innovated application-CGM to identify malnutrition.

Health & Nutrition: 1,86,301  Reproductive age group women (15-49 age years) and children were provided life-saving/general health care and nutrition and changed their dietary habits and empowered through various interventions and also strengthened the health and ICDS department services through different programs.

3500 front line workers of ICDS and Health department (AWWs,ASHA, ANM) developed their capacities and 1905 govt. stakeholder oriented towards better health and nutrition through Participatory learning and action tool.

Agriculture: 300 farmers benefitted under the Nutrition smart village project based on sustainable integrated farming system to improve the quality of life and improve food security through integrated farming system and 50 farmers rolled as lead farmer as a service provider for Good agriculture practices and farm management and promotion of crop and food diversity.

Adolescents care: 93426 adolescents have benefitted to realize their full potential by making informed and responsible decisions related to their health and well-being through different programs.

Elderly care: More than 80 elders supported through Darshna Old age home and Rain basera which has been set up to initiate better interaction between the generations and provided all services for their happiness and wellbeing.

Environment: 32 families have benefitted and 6 home stay have been developed under MPTB project of Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board to showcase rural life, art, culture and heritage and improved preserve ethical value cultural and environmental values at rural locations in District.
